Incent Analysis ($INCNT)

The following is not financial advice.

Welcome to back The Scoop!

This is the next post at a place where we share analysis and opinions for interesting coins, tokens and pure gems in the vast landscape of the blockchain world. There's so many coins out there, but not a lot of free information (looking at you, paid groups) and analysis on them. The Scoop aims to change that by sharing and improving the data available for a given coin by focusing on evaluating instead of predicting.

What is Incent?

It's a reward system targeting e-commerce that lets you earn rewards and spend them. Download the web app, go shopping and earn INCNT coins. Businesses can also use it to increase customer engagement and reward purchases. Affiliate links with Amazon, eBay and AliExpress also makes this one attractive.

They are working on a market making bot called BlackBot in order to increase liquidity:

And browsing the forum gives hints that big news might be coming in a few days:

Where's the wallet?

Keep them in your WAVES wallet.

Whitepaper:

How many of them are they?

CMC says ~46m total supply, so fairly low.

Who's the team?

Full team from business and leadership to marketing and most importantly developers.

More details:

What motivates them?

~50% pre-allocation according to what we could find out, although it's not directly for the team but is supposed to be used in various ways to support the organization.

Marketcap and Competitors?

~23m cap with just under 200k volume.

We're sure there are some, but no competitors off the top of our heads.

How is Incent different?

They've been at this for a while and it seems like finally the project is coming together. With a low cap and a team focused on delivering, it's hard to believe it's a bad deal. Unless something catastrophic happens, we expect them to keep progressing and even turn it into a marketable product this year.

Pros

  • new website / branding
  • good team
  • marketing
  • vision
  • low cap
  • niche area

Cons

  • previous fud
  • must get adoption
  • interesting pre-allocation

Any constructive criticism?

They've got to get some folks on board and really start using the product. Network effect and merchant sign up is necessary for success.

Where is it traded?

Bittrex claims most of it's volume today with Livecoin being next.

The Final

Based on the FA, INCNT looks like a low to medium risk with high reward potential if they continue to deliver and catch on. Picking it up under 4500 sats would be bargain or around 80 to 90 cents would be an upper entry while still expecting solid, crypto-style gains.

And that's your scoop!
