SLC29-W4 // "Simmer Chicken/ ChickenCurry"
Assalamu Alaikum, I hope everyone is well and enjoying their lives. Today I am going to participate in the fourth week of season 29, in which we will prepare simmer chicken. So without wasting time, let's move on to our main process.

Ingredients:
First of all, we will discuss the ingredients below, which we will use to prepare this chicken curry recipe. Below are the names of all the ingredients and their quantities.

Steps To Cook:
The first step is to heat a pan, add oil, and then add a little cumin seeds. After adding the cumin seeds, add a spoonful of ginger paste to it. After mixing these two things, we have to fry them well.

As soon as the oil gets hot and starts frying, we have to put our chicken in it. After adding the chicken, we have to mix it well and fry it so that the reddish chicken starts to turn white. We have to cook it in the oil for that long.

Our next step is to add onion, garlic, and green chillies to it, so for this, we will boil these three things a little so that they become a good paste. After boiling both of them a little, we have to make a good paste of them and add them inside and mix it well.

Now we have to add spices to it. First of all, we will add salt to taste, then add one tablespoon of turmeric powder, one tablespoon of red chili powder, and one tablespoon of chili flakes. After adding these three things, mix them well and cook them so that all the spices are absorbed into them.

We can also chop the tomatoes and make a paste of them. So, I had made a tomato paste here. Now we have to add the paste to it. Similarly, we have to add hot spices and add them to it. After adding these two things, we have to mix them well. For garnish and for the best taste, we have to add green chilies to it so that it also increases its beauty and its taste.

All our steps are complete, now we have to add water to it. After adding water, we have to turn on the low flame and cook it for 30 to 40 minutes. In this way, the recipe we have will be finally ready. This recipe is very good in terms of taste and beauty. I am going to present it with my username.

We have made this kind of chicken curry many times before, in which we have to cook it for a long time on a low flame so that all the spices are absorbed in it, and a separate taste of each thing is included in it, and we have a perfect recipe ready, so I have also prepared this recipe today. I did not face any kind of problem in preparing it. It is very easy to prepare, but we have to be patient because it has to be cooked on a low flame, so for that I also had to be patient and cook it in the best way.
