Today I am writing about an interesting and knowledgeable contest which is launched by @sduttaskitchen all time my favourite topic ""Nothing comes free in life!" So, in this post I am going to share my point of view about this topic

Nothing in life comes for free—this is 100 percent true. It takes an entire lifetime just to fully grasp the meaning of this phrase. We claim certain things as our own; we desire them with all our hearts. Yet, when the moment of truth arrives—when these things are put to the test—every relationship and every possession demands its price. Sometimes this cost is visible, while at other times, it remains unseen even after it has been paid. It is not always a matter of money—of simply handing over cash in exchange for what we receive from life.

Often, the price we must pay takes the form of our emotions, our self-respect, and much more. The only things truly received "for free" are hardships; for they enter our lives uninvited and without demanding a specific toll. For happiness, however, you must pay the price for every single moment of joy. You have to strive and make an effort to bring even a single instance of happiness into your life. Furthermore, there lingers a persistent, unwanted fear that this happiness might slip away from us—a fear that becomes particularly acute if you have repeatedly had things snatched away from you in the past.

Indeed, there is absolutely no doubt that whatever we receive from life comes at a cost that we must ultimately pay. Whether through our efforts, our tears, or our self-respect, life invariably exacts its price in one form or another. However, I would also argue that when we attain something in life through tireless effort, the resulting joy becomes truly priceless. It becomes invaluable; its worth transcends monetary value. This is because we know exactly what we sacrificed—and the heavy price we paid—to attain that happiness.

Conversely, there are times when the cost we must bear is extraordinarily high. Sometimes we are forced to distance ourselves from our loved ones; at other times, we even have to abandon our cherished dreams. The plans we had meticulously laid out in advance often crumble and fall apart as we are compelled to pay this steep price. Yet, this very moment marks the triumph of our self-confidence—when, even amidst such daunting circumstances, we stand tall with newfound strength. Therefore, one must always remain prepared for whatever price life may demand, and at any given moment.

Every situation in life leaves us with a lesson learned

• We should always maintain a positive outlook, for it is a positive perspective that helps us move forward in every situation.

• We should cultivate empathy towards everyone; not only does this bring us mental contentment, but it is also a beautiful human quality that should never be abandoned.

• We must always keep our self-confidence strong and have faith in the work we have accomplished.

• We should always cherish love and trust within our family and relationships, for it is the support of our family that gives us the courage to stand firm in the face of any circumstance.
