They mitigate risks such as theft, harassment, or compliance violations, protecting the company's reputation and finances, and, of course, safeguarding against unethical practices.
I would suggest prioritizing diverse representation, but background and perspectives are a must to reduce bias and provide balanced evaluations. Select impartial individuals with strong integrity who uphold confidentiality and avoid conflicts of interest.
Appoint a capable person with related skills, influence, trustworthiness, and availability to manage timelines, meetings, and discussions effectively. And my suggestion is anyone with the slightest dubious background should be dealt with strictly.
