In your opinion, which one is more challenging: achieving success or retaining it? Share your views!

In my opinion, retaining success is more challenging than achieving it. Many people can rise, but only few remain at the top.

Achieving success often requires sacrifice, determination and hard work. You push, struggle and fight for success and when it finally comes, you are in a new battle field which is retaining the success which entails being relevant, consistence and disciplined.

Take for example; Anthony Joshua, winning a championship is powerful but defending that title repeatedly was harder than he thought. The pressure keep increasing, and expectations keep growing. Well normally, competitors study your weakness when you are on top, they try to attack using your weakness.

When you achieve success, people cheer you up and clap for you but in retaining it, they watch to see how you do that. Achieving success is difficult, but maintaining it demands some built character like; steady growth, reinvention, humility, emotional strength.

What is more significant, enjoying our passion or chasing success? Describe!

I believe enjoying our passion is more significant is more significant.

Any success without passion feels empty. Even with all the recognition, fame and money, without passion, you feel disconnected most times. But when it's your passion, when you enjoy what you do, even the struggles, hard work, feels meaningful

Take a look at Burna Boy a musician, his journey wasn't overnight fame, he consistently expressed his culture, sound and his identity even though it was all from the ghetto, his passion shaped his success and the other way round.

Success can fade, but passion sustains success and when you chase only success, you feel pressured, compare yourself always and may even lose yourself. But when you enjoy your passio, you grow naturally, you feel fulfilled from within.

What is the definition of achievement according to your perspective?

To me, achievement is the successful completion of something meaningful that requires growth. It's not just about results, it's about transformation

Oprah Winfrey didn't just achieve fame, her achievement was rising above poverty, rejection and limitations to create impact. So achievement is not just arriving, it is becoming.

Achievement means; you were once unable, you worked hard, you kept improving, you overcame, until you became better.
