Some time on my beloved campus.
Bismillahir Rahmanir Rahim
Assalamu Alaikum wa Rahmatullahi wa Barakatuh.
How are you all? I hope you are all well. I am also well, Alhamdulillah. I have appeared among you again with another new post of mine. Let's start -
Sometimes life feels like a bird in a closed cage. I feel like I am drowning in a blanket of depression and anxiety. I don't sleep properly, I don't feel like going anywhere, everything is going in a chaotic manner. It seems that maybe it would be nice to go to an empty deserted place alone and be silent. But in the reality of life, that may never happen. Sometimes, even the smallest words of the beloved person I dream of can cause pain in the corner of my mind. Which may tear my heart. To lighten this unspoken pain of mine a little, I sometimes go out alone to find some peace. Wherever I go in this bustling city, I will find peace, so when I am upset or in the afternoon, I go to my beloved campus. In fact, the campus duet is the life of not only me but thousands of diploma students. Only a Duetian can tell you how much pain and sacrifice one has to make to come here.
The day after Asr, I went out for a walk with my friend Suman. First, we walked towards the railway line for some time and then went to our Duet campus. The afternoon was quite cool, which made it nice to walk. When we went to the campus, the two of us sat on the seating area prepared around the field. There are two big playgrounds in our campus, which have seating areas on all sides. Everyone sits here in the afternoon or during the game. We two friends were sitting and discussing various things among ourselves. However, the main topic of discussion was the publication of our last semester results. The results of our semester final will be out on the 18th. We were talking about how our results could come.
While sitting, I was looking at the building of the Duet campus and thinking, how much pain a student has to go through to study in this campus. After studying hard for almost two years, you have to get a chance through the admission test. You have to leave thousands of students behind and make your place. Anyway, while thinking about these thoughts, another friend of mine came. Then we discussed various Islamic topics with him for a long time. Before the conversation ended, the moment of Maghrib arrived. All three of us prayed Maghrib at Duet Mosque. After that, after the prayer, we talked for quite some time. The purpose of the conversation was to strengthen our daily life and faith in Allah Ta'ala. Praying five times a day as per the rules.
Anyway, after finishing the conversation, we went to our room. If we don't have urgent work, we should definitely go for a walk outside in the afternoon. This keeps both our body and mind healthy. However, due to lack of time and having a smart phone in our hands, we spend most of our time on the net, and don't want to enjoy how beautiful the nature outside is. I hope you also spend your free time like this. Everyone stay well and healthy. I will see you again with a new post of mine.
