SC season 27 week 6||Homemade Vitality ketchup||

Assalam o alikum friends welcome to my blog I am @sualeha from Pakistan it's pleasure for me to participate in the Steemit challenge season 27 in week 6 in herbal tomato ketchup by @afzalqamar Well guys unfortunate due to my busy schedule I didn't participated in whole weeks but today I getting chance to present my participation post and made Vitality ketchup with you so guys with out ado let's move on and staring my blog ......
List all the ingredients used in making Vitality Ketchup with their correct quantities
Friends am really enjoying the making process of vitality ketchup,I share below the correct quantities with Ingredients I used in making it ,I used 1/2 kg tomatoes for this ketchup so all quantities were added in half amount that given in course .

Write the complete step-by-step method of making Vitality Ketchup
Well guys the process of the ketchup were very interesting and easy to make,my daughter also liked this ketchup taste when it was done .Let me share below the ingredients and step by step procedure.
- Making

Washed the tomatoes and it all of that in small pieces with the help of knife then took a pen add tomatoes in it on low flame .

Add ginger and ginger cloves and cooked till all ingredients were nicely tender then off the flame and let it cool.

When the mixture cooled took in blender jar and made a fine paste .
- Now strained out the mixture by strainer or cloth and we got the filtered homogeneous mixture it's ready for next step .

We add filtered mixture of tomatoes in pan and cooked on medium flame .Now add power spices in which red chilli, turmarric and salt added as per taste

Take a separate pan add 1 Tbsp cooking oil and add chopped green chillies in it and saute it then incorporated it in the cooking mixture.
Now add 1 Tbsp white vinegar in the ketchup.
Now I am adding sugar in it
At the end add basil leaves,mint leaves and coriander fresh levers in tomato ketchup.kate sure all were completely washed and fine chopped.Cooked till required consultancy so I cooked more 5 minutes then off the flame and let it cool.
When ketchup cooled I pour in bowl , remaining were kept in glass jar for long time used but make sure kept bottle in fridge for same fresh and delicious taste 😋 🤤.
Present your final homemade ketchup to make it look attractive and well-prepared. Also use your name tag and date written on a paper.
Friends trust me the tasty homemade herbal ketchup really delicious the all ingredients are in balanced form created sizzling flavour,my kids realised I used mint little bit in ketchup In fact the mint flavour maybe makes bitter over all healthy and quickly done recipe I liked it 👍👍

Well yes it's quite good experience for me in first week I made and unfortunately in the last but in two weeks I got new and innovative recipes of herbal ketchup seriously I never ever tried before ....
Over all it's pocket friendly and good for hygiene point of view because we made by our own hand in our clean and quality products so satisfaction would be double so it's good idea and It's informative and productive course I love to see in next season also with our lovely teacher @afzalqamar in new style of theme .
