Early to Bed, Early to Rise: The Secret to a Healthy Life
Good morning friends, yesterday I didn't get time to make my post, so I am making my post early in the morning because yesterday I had a lot of that's why I was not able to write my post. I did get really good support in my last post. Thank you so much for that.

Today, in this post, I will talk about the benefits of sleeping. We all want to sleep well, but not all can do that.
We all must have hurt that early to bed and early to rise makes a person healthy wealthy and Vice but not all of us are doing that because many of a doing late night shift Jobs or many of a sir doing late night job to full fill the client request and to earn money we must have seen that at night or concentration power is very high because no disturbance around us's why we are totally focus on our work but it is also disturbing of a sleeping pattern in many ways. But if you wake up early, then that is also the best time to do things.
People around us do sleeping day and work at night but the mostly but we have seen from a child to work in day and sleep in night but we are changing it and that's why we see a lot of things are changing in our body as well like back pain I pain and the lot of things that you should not have in our age but we are having a lot of trouble with dealing with them. Many of my friends who are in IT sector are doing night shift and they are doing night shift and sleeping at the day and they are doing this from many years of they are used to it but if someone new go at the place and they will realise what is their life and how they are going survive most of them are it professionals and they have a five day week and two day off.

Sleep is very necessary we should to care of that for that you should do regular exercise in the morning that's why you are body is habitual orbit and if the body is tired then you will automatically sleep at night if you are unable to sleep then you should contact a doctor which can help you first try some few things that walking in morning or do some regular exercise for 10 to 20 minutes there are multiple things that you can do what do some kind of physical activities playing Sports you can also try cycling or travel by travelling you feel kind of relaxed and in a few months you should try to travel and that feels that keep your mind come and relax
