How I quit Smoking

Quit smoking is not that easy, once upon a time I was a chain smoker, I finished almost 3 pockets of cigarettes per day, But now I quit smoking , and not smoking since 2011. Here I give few tips that I followed to not smoking you can also try if you are s smoker and wants to quit .

  1. Chewing bubblegum to avoid carving of smoking
  2. Avoid the shop where you regularly purchase cigarettes.
  3. Lighters, ashtrays from your home and office which are remind you smoking.
  4. Don't try to smoke when you using toilet, brush your teeth instead, it will become habit.
  5. Inform about your decision(QUIT SMOKING) to your family members and friends so that you cannot smoke in front of them.
    6.Always think about your family and health.
