Shukdev Muni/2

King Janak said that you are a household or a muni. Muni Shukdev
Said, you are so intermittent, Gurudev: but you become a householder
How to become life-free, please tell me so please. King has a bottom
I packed a bowl filled with a bowl and said,
Come see the palaces But one drop of this bowl is also oil
Should not fall down. If it falls, this sword-guard patrol
Your head is cut off
Shukdev came back to the palaces with a bowl. But his
The eye was kept up to the bowl only if the drop would not fall down.
Put a bowl of oil and put it in front of the king, then live somewhere
Lived in Then the king asked, "How is Muni Shukdev palace the palace?"
Shukdev replied, "If I see palaces then oil falls
So, my eyes kept looking at the oil bowl.
Then King Janak said, "Shukdev, how are you in the palaces
I could not see the palace and your eyesight was afraid of cutting oil
Similarly, my eyes have always been on the bowl of Guru Parmatma
It remains in the stages, this is the difference between me and Shri Gurudev
Is known by grace. It is said unto Ishna that Shukdev gets enlightened
Gaya and got Satguru's greeting.

राजा जनक ने कहा कि तू गृहस्थी है या मुनि । मुनि शुकदेव
ने कहा आप तो अन्तर्यामी है गुरुदेव : लेकिन आप गृहस्थ होते हुए
भी जीवन मुक्त कैसे बने- सो कृपा कर के बताइए। राजा ने एक तल
का भरा हुआ कटोरा मंगाया और कहा मुनि यह कटोरा लेकर मेरे
महलों को देख आओ। लेकिन इस कटोरे में से एक बूंद भी तेल की
नीचे नहीं गिरनी चाहिए। अगर गिरी तो यह तलवार धारी पहरेदार
तेरा सिर काट लगे।
शुकदेव कटोरा लेकर महलों में फिर आया । लेकिन उसकी
नजर सिर्फ कटोरे तक ही रही थी कि कहीं बूंद नीचे न गिर जाये ।
तेल का कटोरा लाकर राजा के सामने रख दिया तब कहीं जी
में जी आया। तब राजा ने पूछा कहो मुनि शुकदेव महल कैसे है मुनि
शुकदेव ने उत्तर दिया महाराज अगर मैं महलों को देखता तो तेल गिर
जाता, ईसलिए मेरी नजर तो सिर्फ तेल के कटोरे में लगी रही।
तब राजा जनक ने कहा है शुकदेव जिस प्रकार तुम महलों में
जाकर महल नहीं देख सका और तेरी नजर सिर कटने के भय से तेल
के कटोरे पर ही रही इसी प्रकार मेरी नजर हमेशा गुरु परमात्मा के
चरणों में ही रहती है, इसी से मुझे अन्तर की बात भी श्री गुरुदेव
कृपा से ज्ञात रहती है। ईतना कहते ही शुकदेव को आत्मज्ञान प्राप्त
हो गया और सत्गुरुदेव को नमस्कार करशान्ति प्राप्त की।
