My message at the end of this paper, "Take advantage of progress, but do not progress against you, so he will take something that should be yours or part of you".

I agree we need to progress. With the progress humanity made in the last 100 years we were able to give lots of people a better life. Without progress in technology we would still live in caves.
Progress in technology might "steal" job in the short term (for example a robot that sorts letters in the postoffice) but in the long term it enables us to create a better life for everybody and allows us to concentrate on more intressting tasks. (who wants to sort letters every day for a living?)
