Resep Kue Bolu Ketan Hitam Tabur Keju / Black Glutinous Sponge Cake Sprinkle Cheese Recipe

Hari ini saya ingin berbagi resep kue bolu. Kue bolu adalah kue kesukaan saya. Kali ini saya ingin membagikan resep kue bolu yang menggunakan bahan tepung ketan hitam.
Berikut ini adalah resep kue bolu ketan hitam tabur keju :
Bahan :
- Tepung ketan hitam 125 gram
- Gula pasir 65 gram
- Telur ayam 2 butir
- Mentega 75 gram, cairkan
- Vanili 1/2 sendok teh
- SP 1/2 sendok teh
- Mentega 1 sendok makan untuk mengoles
- Keju parut 100 gram untuk taburan
Cara Membuat :
Siapkan wadah. Kocok atau mixer telur, gula pasir, vanili dan Sp sampai mengembang putih dengan kecepatan tinggi selama kurang lebih 10 menit.
Setelah mengembang masukan tepung ketan hitam lalu aduk dengan mixer sampai rata, masukkan mentega cair, aduk rata.
Tuang adonan bolu ketan hitam ke dalam loyang yang sudah diolesi mentega agar tidak lengket.
Kukus adonan bolu ketan hitam di dalam panci / dandang yang sudah dipanaskan selama 15 menit. Lalu tutup panci yang sudah dibungkus serbet bersih, agar uap air tidak menetes ke adonan.
Kukus sampai matang.
Angkat adonan dari dalam panci, keluarkan bolu dari dalam loyang, biarkan sampai agak dingin.
Olesi bagian atas bolu dengan mentega lalu beri taburan keju parut di atasnya.
Potong-potong, hidangkan kue bolu ketan hitam dengan secangkir teh hangat.

The following is a black glutinous cheese glutinous sponge cake recipe :
Material :
- 125 grams of black glutinous flour
- 65 grams of sugar
- 2 chicken eggs
- 75 grams of butter, melt
- Vanilla 1/2 teaspoon
- SP 1/2 teaspoon
- 1 tablespoon of butter to smear
- 100 gram grated cheese for sprinkles
How to make :
Prepare the container. Beat or mix the egg, sugar, vanilla and Sp until it expands white at high speed for about 10 minutes.
After expanding the black sticky rice flour input and stirring with the mixer until smooth, add the melted butter, stir well.
Pour black sticky rice mixture into a baking dish that has been smeared with butter to prevent sticking.
Steam the black sticky rice mixture in a pan / cormorant that has been heated for 15 minutes. Then cover the pan that has been wrapped in a clean napkin, so that moisture does not drip into the mixture.
Steam until cooked.
Remove the dough from the pan, remove the sponge from the pan, let it cool slightly.
Rub the top of the sponge with butter and sprinkle grated cheese on top.
Cut into pieces, serve black sticky rice cake with a cup of hot tea.
