I think it's related to PSIM, central Yogyakarta's football club. They have a rival there, called PSS (which the supporters are considered as one the best Ultras in Asia. 😁)
Mataram is an old kingdom in Java before it divided into two big palace: Surakarta & Yogyakarta :)
Couldn't find any good video about PSIM, but here is their great rival 😁
