One of the only things I can do when living as a boarder is the freedom to eat anywhere, culinary tours try every Indonesia food, one that keeps me always interested and not bored is the culinary riches of the paddock. The padang food is famous for its spicy and seasoned menu with spices, and I am a spicy food enthusiast. Here i want to share the delights of the culinary of the Padang especially the Tongkol Balado menu In the Padang Restaurant. The first time I saw the food Padang I was very tempted, first because the color is red and the marinade is not half-hearted.

Since I've eaten in Padang restaurant, almost all kinds of Balado I've eaten, of all that I like most is the Tongkol Balado, from the shape / way of cutting and taste. Although often eat Tongkol balado but never get bored, because it feels the waw..!!!.
The uniqueness of Padang food presentation is after choosing the rice and side dish then green vegetables can be leaves then covered with green chili sauce and sauce rendangnya, almost the same as serving Pecel rice from Java, the difference if pecel using sambal.
My first bite started from balado pieces of fish with extra rice and chili sauce, yummy is delicious even the seasoning is delicious. My next bite continued by bringing all the pieces together into small pieces so that they fit in a tablespoon. The rice is already pulen and tasty and the portion of the waiter is fitted so that no shortage and no excess.
Why Balado made Padang people more because the people of Padang not stingy in the spice problem, you imagine it, grilled chicken that usually does not require coconut milk, they give even up to 2 grains of coconut for some servings of roast chicken. For the Tongkol Balado I eat at this time the spices are really tasted, not only red origin but spicy and tasty really taste.

one more that can not be left behind when eating rice paddies, of course green spicy sauce that has a distinctive flavor, this is not just a spicy sauce, here that I find is a remarkable composition, ranging from green chillies, tomatoes, onions, star fruit. So we feel is not just spicy just so it is suitable for those of you who can not stand with spicy food but want to try spicy food, especially after mixed with rice make more amazing taste.
