We all will die eventually. I think it's more a matter of preferences: whether you prefer living an easier and more enjoyable life, or to care about your health and limit yourself in many things. But I agree with the approach and admire people who are able to live this way. Hopefully, one day I will find enough willpower to follow all points in your list :)
