Oh it's definitely true, this is the reason they had to start doing DNA test at the border. Last I heard over 50% of the families tested were not related to the children they claimed were their own.

It's a serious problem, but until we can get some good leaders in those countries that want to help their own, it's hard for us to help them. So, they will do whatever necessary to escape poverty. Very sad.
