I recommend people do what I have started doing and download the video. I noticed when I was blogging many of the videos I used for reference have been scrubbed from the internet.

    Absolutely, and I couldn't agree more! Even if the YouTube video gets removed, there is always the link to his direct website for future reference. Having a hard copy is even better!
