UNCONVENTIONAL WAR AGAINST VENEZUELA

While I'm waiting anxiously
to turn the guy around.
I connect my expressions,
I remain motionless
waiting for the moment,
picking up your sound
to take my story to you
in the spiral of the wind.

What I'm reporting today is not a story.

THE TRUE

Today, more than 200 years after the beginning of the independence struggles in Latin America, the historical genesis of the libertarian, independenceist and anti-imperialist struggle that began at the end of the 18th century and crystallized on April 19, 1810 in our nation Venezuela, whose first sovereign action was to send a group of diplomatic missions for its international recognition, which was not recognized by the United States, thus beginning the interference of this power in our Republic.

It is not at all a surprise that all the scaffolding of the fourth generation war against Venezuela is directed by the governments of the United States and the European Union, in the same way their different organizations have been relying on the events of war for several decades for the impulse and sustenance of their executive administrations mainly in the North American country.

Currently, influential figures such as Secretary of State Mike Pompeo, former director of the CIA, openly recognizes the preponderant role in the conspiracies against our Bolivarian nation. This accelerates the various sanctions and lengthens the blockade process to which we have been subjected since we were declared an unusual threat to the hemisphere and above all to the real interests of the executive government of the United States.

For this reason it is necessary to make known that since 1998 in our nation have been held more than 25 democratic elections that include presidential elections, governors, popular referendum, among others which incorporates the participation of the people in decision making and in the construction of a new social order that makes visible those sectors historically excluded.

Since 2013, strange movements influenced by the Venezuelan opposition under the auspices of the Colombian government, the executive administration of the United States and the leaders of the OEA have turned a blind eye, through different forms of sabotage and economic blockades following the election of former Chancellor Nicolas Maduro as President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, starting with the different forms of sabotage sabotage and street violence in 2014, economic sanctions and blockades, another wave of guarimbas in 2017.

It is driven by the ruling castes of this conglomerate of countries, currently oriented towards those people who form part of the different migrations, who arise as a consequence of their own interfering actions in the different regions up to where their action arm reaches, justifying any type of crimes, negligences and indolences; using the subject of migratory movements as a neuralgic point.

In relation to this point, the unconventional war against our country has been creating an extensive and intense subject related to migratory movements, using as a platform of attack the neighboring country the sister Republic of Colombia and recently the movement of Brazilian military troops on the border of the State of Roraima as well as altering to the convenience of yellowing the number of actual numbers of Venezuelan migrants. While Senator Marco Rubio continues to promote the script that narrates how harmful for neighboring nations the human transfer of Venezuelans, again emphasizing that this movement is a threat to the U.S. as published last August 23 in his twitter account and later in a meeting with security advisors held that he believes that the U.S. armed forces are only used in case of a threat to national security and there is a strong argument to do so in the Venezuelan nation.

Meanwhile the reality is something else, the Venezuelan ambassador to the UN, Samuel Moncada, informs and alerts Venezuelans and the entire world of the threats of some members of the U.S. House of Senators and now joins the request in the Colombian Senate made by former President Alvaro Uribe.

Proxy War

We must insist on comparing the real figures of the Venezuelan migratory movement in relation to neighboring countries. The international organization for migrations reported that there are 1,642,448 Venezuelans outside the nation where the vast majority are not considered refugees, while other sources that lend themselves to sensationalism and yellowing without any basis, handle figures higher than 4,000,000 people outside the nation.

All this media hustle and bustle is used by various television networks and the press in the U.S. and Colombia to continue undermining the truth of the event, creating a matrix of opposing public opinion in South America to make the Venezuelan human movement look like an uncontrollable humanitarian crisis, alleging that it is harmful to the different countries that receive migrants, with the possibility of triggering an increase in the different regions of thefts, murders, drug trafficking, unemployment and others.

Despite the statements of former Ex President Juan Manuel Santos insisting on the presence of more than one million Venezuelans in Colombia, the Colombian Ministry of Foreign Affairs indicates that this figure does not correspond to reality, related to this mention that 67% of people who cross the border at different points are of Colombian nationality, 59% indicated that they returned the same day after completing diligences, 23% mentioned that they would return in the coming months, 5% expressed the intention to stay in Colombia and only 3% that would be passing to another destination.

In the midst of all that diatribe that sees him as a diaspora, the machination of information in cyberspace and other media seek to veil the reality and exploit the issue in Colombia and other South American countries to alienate ordinary citizens from the real problems of their country, thus showing a group of people against whom all social discontent can be overflowed, a strategy initially promulgated by a "Venezuelan" Julio Borges, a refugee in that country and requested by the Venezuelan authorities.

However, it should be noted that in our nation live about 5,600,000 Colombians, more than 400,000 Ecuadorians and approximately 500,000 Peruvians, living with Venezuelan citizens, whom we treat as one more of us, offering the comfort and human warmth of a nation hosting migrants from different parts of the world for more than 100 years.

Figures close to 442,000 Venezuelans are used in Colombia where his government does not express anything about the way in which U.S. aid is distributed among migrants or worse yet neither nation informs the world that the money in frozen accounts in the Venezuelan nation and at the disposal of the Trump administration currently rests in U.S. banks and is 30 times greater than all the amounts of aid that will apparently be "delivered" by taxpayers.

The other side of the coin shows the following, while in Colombia a medical consultation can have an average cost of $30, it is estimated that more than 11,000,000 consultations and health services have been provided in our country since 2000 to citizens of the neighboring country, the number of births of children of Colombian mothers represents a value close to 7% of the Venezuelan birth rate during this century. In terms of numerical figures, it would far exceed $300.000.000 in social expenditures in the health sector for the care of Colombian migrants, to which is added a higher amount for current aid and food plans of $250.000.000.

CONCLUSION

U.S. interference in the company of its allies, has influenced with dire consequences for many nations in the short period of this sXXI. Nations like Libya which was the country with the highest GDP in Africa, Iraq, Afghanistan were totally devastated, now insist on ending Syria after six bloody years of mercenary war.

Without the need to hide part of the economic problem that exists in the nation, it must be stressed that since 2013 and long before there is a history of U.S. interference in Venezuela, mainly with the entire crisis Pre-Made by its executive government.

After installing 7 military bases, the U.S. practically takes over Colombian territory initially under the pretext of the fight against drug trafficking, this gives them as a benefit great access to a beach tip in South America, a great access through the Caribbean Sea from where they can continue their fourth-generation war against Venezuela and all countries not allied with Bolivia.

The support for the Venezuelan opposition group and the unleashing of a series of sanctions that created the space and conditions for the economic blockade that continues to affect the Bolivarian country, continues to be backed by influential people on the U.S. executive train such as Marco Rubio, Mike Pompeo and Carlos Trujillo. Those who daily make statements against all Venezuelan migrants and the Venezuelan nation.

Purposely forgetting the real origin of the current latent Colombian civil war, President Ivan Duque made a proposal that led former President Alvaro Uribe Velez to the Senate of the Republic of Colombia to justify military intervention in Venezuela.

The deficiencies of the civilian population in understanding the situation and the geo-political environment, for lack of adequate knowledge of unconventional war, netwar, asymmetric war, hybrid or unrestricted: the cognitive conflict for simplism-empiricism that does not realize the complexity and simultaneity of the attack with the broad-spectrum strategy, can bring bad consequences, so it is necessary to disclose information.

Being ahead of his time in terms of knowledge, humanity and above all a great strategist, the Liberator and 5 South American nations, 6 in total including Panama which was part of the New Granada and Father of our homeland, said the following:

"The United States seems destined by providence to plague America with misery in the name of freedom"
