I have enough SP to sweep dust. The post has 17 SP in votes. I self-voted and popped the 37 SP, but that is not enough. The vote falls short of the elusive goal of a 0.02 upvote.

I added another 139 SP .

SBE says my upvote is now worth $0.0182. I am still a 500 SP short of my goal ... I am running out of money.
