China plans to construct the whole series of floating nuclear reactors which will feed factories on artificial islands, offshore platforms and also other humanitarian and infrastructure projects of the country.

New technology level, by constructing nuclear? Why people keep doing that?

Very dangerous idea. One missle strike would make it a radioactive waste spewing catastrophe that would render the surrounding seas no-go zones for fishing and navigation. Hydro electric dams would be a better idea.
