Like its name, the power pose is to project a feeling of confidence which in turn makes one feel in control. Select one or two poses, practice them for a few weeks until they feel natural.

Improve on your listening habit. Do not multitask while listening. Focus on the speaker. reaction when you are listening to someone. 3. Shake hands

Touch is another non-verbal action that can create a human bond in the fraction of the seconds. A solid handshake is a universal sign of confidence. When you are at your workplace, a warm handshake can leave a long lasting impression on others. Shaking hands and how you do it is an important part of your body language repertoire.

4. Smile

There is a lot of shuffling and crossing and uncrossing of the legs and feet. They are things we do to ease the tensin. So, keep a lookout for anyone doing this while making sure you are not falling victim of it.
