United Nations to Take over Internet October 16, 2016, ICANN to receive Private Monopoly Over Internet Services.

ICANN, a private company is to become the sole administrator of the Internet.

Founded Sep 18 1998, ICANN will be the future manager of central databases, domain name registration, and all facets of internet service.

Monopolies are never good for anybody except the holders of the monopolies. Reserve your domains now, and expect ridiculously high registration costs. The powers that be are desperate to silence the alternative voices to be found on smaller venues. Such smaller venues can be easily silenced by charging fees that only major companies can afford.
