Dude why are you playing police? You would not have known the source if you didn't take it from the title I posted. Which the source name is in the title. The excerpts were taken from a Japanese column that has stopped posting these articles since 2008! Did you site the person who took the picture of Tom Woods? I'm not talking about the link you posted but the person who actually took that photo. Did you site snakes when you took a screen grab for your steemit slide bar? I appreciate the comment and they are welcome but please do not police the internet, especially when you use the source I put in my title to try and correct me. Much appreciated though. Because I care about the integrity of the platform. Notice I did not downvote your post --which would be entirely justified in my mind and the purpose of the function-- giving you the benefit of doubt. You can site your source or you can choose not to. I think you will have better reception if you do, but it's your choice. As it stands, to me, your post gives the impression that you wrote the content or at least doesn't mention where you got it. That is all. Do as you please, or course. You're not being detained; you are free to go. :P

imo A link to the original would be most appropriate. Sending traffic there is a way of honoring the author. Though some times that's tricky also, because the actual author might have nothing to do with the site linked. In which case, whatev's :) cheers.
Dude calm down, I think he was only helping make this community a little better, you know? One where people actually appreciate the effort others make to create interesting things for your viewing pleasure. By citing with a link you clarify that you are not taking any credit for the work that isn't actually yours. And also the whole point of this website is to police and curate "GOOD" content not stolen content.
