"When was the first time you have used the Internet?"
I don't remember exactly. It was somewhere between 1999 and 2004.
As far as I can tell, I used Windows 95 and Windows 98 to surf the internet for the first time.
I don't remember surfing the internet with MS-DOS 6.22 and Windows 3.11.
By the way, it is so sad that currently there are 6 comments under this blog post, and all of the 6 comments are bot comments.

My subjects are not very interesting, i consider steem as a diary for myself, like a blog ;)
