Hi everyone I am new member of steem, I don't have a much experience so made this post to ask about a few things:
1-how can I increase my rank and what it's use?
2-when I upvote ablog it's votes number increases but it's earnings does not what does that mean?
3-could you give some good advices how to manage my account post and votes and resteem and comments please?
