Hello Steemit community! My name isApril Lemieux and I am a poet, essayist, mental health advocate and lover of life. I'm super excited to be joining such a vibrant and creative community! What I plan to bring to the table is poetry and prose that explores the human condition. The good, the bad and everything in between. And because I'm a huge foodie, there will probably be some shots of my kitchen creations thrown in here and there for good measure.
