Hello Steemians!
I'm a nerd who can't resist new platforms / networks / services. I read about this on... Techmeme(?) so here I am.
I'm also a husband, father, designer, problem solver, builder, marketer, organizer, introvert, dog person, etc...
I remember reading about bitcoin back when it was around $20 and thinking "maybe I should get in on that, because 'what if?'". So the prospect of getting paid for using a social network is interesting.
Also, I'm a little compulsive about getting the same username on every service, just in case it takes off.
Lastly, I really like twitter, but the prospect of people having stake in their account, and having some way to 'rank' users is compelling to me, and I want to be around to see how that plays out.
So... here we go?
I'm actually happy, but grumpy face in a photo is more satisfying to me...
