Introduction

 Hello Steemit !

This is my first Post on this platform and probably my first blog entry ever, so please don’t expect too much for now. :D
To get started I first want to introduce myself a little and the content I am planning to publish.

I am 20 years old, living in Germany and looking forward to finish my apprenticeship as IT specialist for systems integration. After that my plan is to go to university and study computer science. I am very passionate in all kinds of IT branches, I love to code and recently found myself being very interested in to the economic aspects of our rapidly growing digital world.

Now for my content - a huge passion of mine is making music. I can’t remember how old I was, but from the moment on i was able to pick up the guitar I was sold. We had a keyboard and guitar at home and it was the very best for me to sit down and produce.. sounds. :D Time went by and I never took lessons for any instrument. I just never felt like I wanted to, I had fun playing and getting lost in kind of my own world.
At this point of writing I just noticed that I am going far to much into detail and that, if I would continue like that, this Blog ‘article’ would become a book.

So fact is, that I want to share my recordings and maybe find some like minded people around here. Also I will always try to write a short background story for every song.
Now for the first Test I will link one of my favorite Guitar recordings:

MP3

Story behind this:

I found the Backing track in the song on YouTube and it really got into my head, so I just had to record it. This is also one of the very first songs when I started to record music - in 2015.
Now if you have read through all that and also listened to the song, I would love to hear from you in the comments. Feedback, Ideas etc. I like to hear it and get into conversation. :)

All the best wishes
R.

Wow this is awesome, can't believe this is your first blog ever. This is one thing I loved most about steemit, it brings out the best in you and makes you crave to learn new things. With respect to your interest in the economic aspect in the digital world, there is a great opportunity for people who writes code and have knowledge about block chain technology. You can develop yourself in it and the world will smile at you. Great to have you on the platform, have fun and keep on steeming

@fastfingers loves you and want to see you grow here.

Hi @fastfingers thank you for your feedback, great if you enjoyed it!
I am not on other social media platforms so this is truly new for me :D
What I have read on this platform so far and the technology behind it encouraged
me to finally start to publish. The nice comments really tell a lot
about the steem community. :)
I will try my best to post regularly at least once a week, and visit the blogs of people
who comment. Let's see if I can keep up on that. :D

Many greetings!

You are most welcome, that would be really great posting a post a week and visiting other people's blog. With time the sky would be the limit of your achievement on the platform

Hey mate, welcome to Steemit! I'm sure you'll enjoy it here, the community is great. I look forward to seeing your content. What kind of stuff do you like to code? I did web-development (mostly front-end) but I always thought game development was really cool too.

If you are interested in cryptocurrency, my blog is going to do an overview series of the top 100 coins... My first post was about IOTA but I've got many more to come!

Hope you have a nice day :)

@nathan290595

Wasn't expecting feedback coming so fast :O thank you for the nice welcoming @nathan290595!
I will make sure to pay you a visit :D
The whole Crypto currency Business has developed so fast within the last year
and will be a huge topic in the near future, so I dont want to miss out on it.
What goes for my coding: I've looked into languages from JS,HTML over Java to C
and C++. But since I discovered Python it became my favorite language because it is
so easy to read and write. :)
The most interesting thing i did was probably implementing my own (web) search
in python - very interesting since you can always experiment with many
things like how to scrape, how to store data, ranking ,clustering and so on.
So that is like a ongoing project that I am working on when I got the time for it.

See you around!

Welcome to Steemit, @ardev! I hope you enjoy your stay here! You're quite the talented person! I used to be musically inclined (playing the violin, cello, and piano), but university got in the way so I had to prioritize my academics. Oh how I wish I made time for playing!

I'm also quite new here, but if you have any questions, I'll try my best to help you out! Cheers!

Hey @cruziana! Thank you very much for your reply, I am glad if you liked it!
Yes sometimes it's hard to find time and muse for playing.
But it's a too nice hobby to quit, so I can only encourage you to start playing
again when there is time!
Oh and thank for wanting to help out! So far I am still trying to figure out
how to layout future posts and if there is a better way to embed audio files. :)

Cheers!

Yeah, I plan on starting again once I have more time on my hands (maybe once I graduate from university). I kinda miss playing my cello. :)

Well I don't know too much about embedding audio files. But for layouting, I learned Markdown but I ended up using HTML since it's way simpler and I get more control on how I want to present my ideas. If you need any help with that, I'll gladly do so!

welcome ardev, nice to meet you!
