Welcome, I'm one of the last of the true hippies myself. Pretty much every one after me was either a longhair or a freak, and not really a hippy. But I think they are coming back...
Good one! I grew up in Cape Breton so as a long-haired teenager in the early 1970s, we were considered hippies, because the the 1970s in Cape Breton were still actually the 1960s. :)
