Hello, Steemit! I'm new here! Any Folklore fans out there?
I just popped in to introduce myself and get started! My name is Carolyn, and I write about the history, myth, and folklore of Northern Europe.
Through years of study, I strongly believe that ALL people in the world desperately should know their own indigenous heritage as it is preserved within the folk tradition of their culture.
I study the culture of my own heritage, but a lot of the insights and thoughts that are inspired by studying the folklore of my culture are equally important to everyone no matter what their cultural background is. It is my strongest desire to ignite a passion for indigenous culture as preserved in the folk tradition of all people anywhere in the world!
So, I look forward to sharing my culture here with you, and I am happy to link up with anyone who is likewise interested in sharing their own culture with the world as well.
