Welcome to Steemit dude! What type of meditation do you practice? I'm looking to implement some form of mindfulness to my morning routine and I would love to test out some different forms of meditation or reflection.
I mainly practiced metacognition. And also use a 4/8 breathing technique.

Metacognition is when you become aware of your own awareness. So when i meditate, my of awareness is my object of meditation.
Oh okay, so sort of like the body scan type of thing?
