#introduceyourself… So where to begin?
Firstly, I’d like to say how excited I am about this platform and all it’s partner platforms. I see
great things in the future!

I am Clayton.
Born and raised in Johannesburg, South Africa. I am African and love this place.
I am passionate about the land, the people and more recently, the growing opportunities.
Most of my adult life I have been a struggling entrepreneur. I have had many failures and a
few (great) successes. In all my ventures I have always pursued 3 main objectives. These are
my guidelines, these are what get me up in the morning and these are what excite me.

1. Disruption – Changing industries, collapsing ivory towers, sticking it to the man, you
   get my drift…
2. Technology – This goes hand in hand with disruption, tech innovations are how we
   are going to make a difference – the Blockchain is revolutionary in its self and we are
   only now beginning to realise it’s full/true potential.
3. Changing the world - I have always wanted to make a difference, I want to leave my
   mark on this world and be able to look back and say – I did that, I made a difference.
   The journey to my latest “preneur” has been a long and exciting one. I have acquired
   numerous skill sets that put me a great position for marketing and brining our vision to life. I am a skilled motion and graphic designer – a passion I pursued out of necessity with my first company, a digital marketing agency called Visual Affair. In order to not be ‘taken for a ride’ buy designers, I set out to see what was involved in the creative process and was hooked. Along with a few visionaries and like minded people we have spent the last 8 years putting our idea together. FORUS is a Global Digital Exchange, it is a public utility blockchain and ecosystem solution that provides a single, global, universal and trusted, user authentication platform for both mobile and web based transactions, for the banked and the unbanked.

FORUS was created to enable:
 the alleviation of poverty;
 the building of a generative economy;
 the creation of sustainable return for the investors;
 whilst simultaneously generating sustainable capital returns for the communities
using the platform.

Our platforms can be monetised through integrated AI advertising models which will in
turn create access to capital for those previously disadvantaged.
I’m getting ahead of myself, Forus (which is an acronym for Free, Open, Realtime,
Ubiquitous and Secure) will be introduced properly very soon on this platform. I can’t
wait!
As for me… This was my first post, my intro post. I also wanted to mention that I love all
things nature and am an aspiring photographer and videographer.
Here’s to great change, disruption and making waves!
