Hi Adam, and welcome to Steemit! Well, you're not really that "new" and it looks like you have a pretty wide range of interests... seems to me that would serve you well in building a following. Whatever you may have heard about Steemit (aside from people talking about rewards!) there is a pretty cool social community here... that's what has kept me here! All the best to you!

    Thanks, I noticed a lot of my followers from when I first started don't seem to be active anymore, but I will be working on building a new following.

      It's probably because the price of steem aren't much reading to many steemians or it could also be they only focused on earning.
