It is a movement that some people I met here on Steemit and myself have started. There's all kinds of inner circle type groups floating around in these Steemit waters and we're creating our own. #thealliance. There is no qualifications or minimum rep or SP or anything, a simple comment from an alliance member can make all the difference, if nothing more than to say, "Hey, we do care". :) throw the tag in there sometime...we'll find it :)
