Introducing Myself

Hello Steemians! I received some solid advice that I should create an Introduce Yourself post, so here goes:

Who I am:

My name is Eva. I love growing food, exploring the world’s mysteries and questioning narratives. I’m driven by a search for the truth - the entire truth – and I won’t stop until I find it. I’m not sure how many of you have noticed, but the world seems absolutely insane these days. Government, Hollywood, banks, media…corruption and lies are rampant. But hidden in all that chaos are truly amazing people doing incredible things to make a difference. I choose to support those people, those efforts that will change this world for the better – and to work every day to be one of those people myself. We all have just a short time here and there is so much to learn. I don’t want to waste any time getting to it!

What I hope to do with Steemit:

I’m still learning how it all works here on Steemit, but there seems a great opportunity to meet like-minded people and learn a lot of new information. My own content so far has included a bit of alternative news (https://steemit.com/trump/@figureitout/is-donald-trump-helping-israel-take-over-the-middle-east) and a bit of in-door food growing, which is my biggest project right now (https://steemit.com/microgreens/@figureitout/soil-free-microgreens-installment-1-getting-started). I am excited to share more about the microgreens project especially, but wanted to make sure to get this intro post out before I do anything else on Steemit, since it seems to be important.

In closing, I will leave you all with some of my favorite pictures from my outdoor garden, because I believe growing your own food is one of the most revolutionary things you can do these days (but I may be biased).
