Hi there!

Hello everyone, my name is Finn and I just got started using Steemit and would like to introduce myself to the community.  :)

I'm a young music producer based in Munich, Germany. (Listen to one of my tracks: Nebula)

Not long ago, I noiticed Steemit and saw it as an opportunity to get my music out there more easily.

Who am I ?

I've always been interested in making music since my childhood. At the age of nine years I started getting piano lessons regulary, which I really appreciated. After one or two years of practice, I first wrote my own composition at the piano. Here you see it xD

 

So, at the age of 11 years I started playing around with a programm called "MagixMusicMaker". It was terrible! The only way to compose anything in Magix was by rearranging little pieces of preset samples, like matching a harp melody with a preset drum pattern. However limited it was, it did allow me to create my very own music, which I thought was better than nothing!

Luckily, one year later, when asking my older brother for help in finding some more decent programm, he pointed me at Fl Studio.

It felt like I finally found a way to turn my ideas into actual tracks. At first I was just playing around with melodies and sounds, but around the age of 15 I started producing music more seriously and uploading it to YouTube and SoundCloud under the alias "Fintastic".

Why am I on Steemit?

Like I already said, I saw Steemit as an opportunity to get my music more attention. Those who are producing music themselves know that it's extremely hard to get ones music out there. So I thought to give it a try with Steemit. I already uploaded three of my tracks to Dsound

 and I will be adding more in the future.
