Sorry for the late response.
Thank you very much! I love Austria, since I am 1/8 Austrian and also lived really close to the Austrian border. ;) Of course you can say both. As I know "I gfrei mi narrisch!" is more spoken to the Austrian border and if you come more north you would hear more "I gfrei mi sakrisch!".
