I wish you much luck getting this answer I too have tried several times to post an avatar and no luck I've tried using photobucket and facebook pictures and the grey head outline goes away but in it's place white blank no picture :/ I feel until I master this small thing posting is all I am good at :) for now :D Nice intro thanks for sharing
