I need a URL? I can't just upload a file?

Sooooo... I need to sign up for some hosting service I'll NEVER use again and upload my picture JUST TO HAVE A PFP?

Usually people use https://imgsafe.org/ but I believe anything .jpg should work. There is always imgur and others too
