Weedcash doesn't have a delegation feature yet. You will need to power down and transfer. That is what I am currently doing to transfer stake. It will take 6 weeks, but that is the only way right now.
Yeah, I noticed that there was no delegation feature on weedcash on steem engine, so I started powering down my weedcash from my main account to send to this account. I also bought some weedcash to send to this account.
