I have a nasty habit of not being able to stop the engine of my brain, and that forces me to always have things on my mind.

Yeah, me too.
Sometimes it's a blessing (thanks to this I can solve quite complicated problems) but most of the time it's not. I wish there was an ON and OFF button.

    I understand perfectly .. just when you think too stressed and exhausted, but on the other hand, when you do not think enough, you feel slow and unhelpful
