My name is Isabel Peña and I am very exited with this new draft named STEEMIT, here I will share with persons with the same pleasures and from all around the word.

Yesterday July 7, 2017 was my birthday and in the afternoon, when I reviewed my salutations, I found my gift: the approval of my account, (your Steemit acount have been aproved) that emotion so great since I waited for a few days , It took a while, but it arrived.

I am Venezuelan but I am currently living in Colombia, a country to which I am grateful to be able to accommodate many Venezuelans here due to the problematic that is already known worldwide.

I want to tell you a little about my journey since I left my country, my destiny was Ecuador since we saw the greatest disposition of the Ecuadorian brothers at the beginning, but something made me change and I had to stay in this country. An accident, the bus we had taken was jumped a separator (a concrete island that separates the street) and we took several turns on the same road and then fell from the side of my window and slipped a few meters. Almost from the beginning I was unconscious, my son was the one who woke me up and revived me. The blow of the head made me lose consciousness and I lost scalp so I was referred to Medellin for a plastic surgery which I did very well.

That was the bus.

Always with the spirit so that my daughters who remained in Venezuela would not be scared more than they already were.

This is the wound that was happily perfect, thanks to the hands of a young doctor who operated on me, I calculate about 23 years. When she came into the room and said: I am the doctor who will operate it; I could not believe it. I thank you infinitely and I pray to God that you continue to illuminate him so that he can continue to do his perfect work. God bless your hands.

Finally, happy and grateful to God to be alive. Sometimes things happen the way we do not want to, but we must learn to accept them. Thanks to Steemit for allowing me to tell this story so that people know that everything is not always going well and who knows how many people have gone through similar situations or worse just looking for a better quality of life.

What brought me to Colombia?

At first, the situation of my country, and a very important reason: the coming birth of my grandson. I wanted to be by the time my first grandchild was born, since I have two beautiful granddaughters (in Venezuela) and the support I wanted to give my son having his first child.

My daughter-in-law had three months here in Colombia because she did not find her medications to be taken by pregnant women.

As early as December came the baby, beautiful and healthy by a cesarean.

Fortunately we were able to receive this precious gift.

I can also tell you that I got beautiful people who collaborated in a great way and expressed their solidarity with our arrival. They gave us mainly their affection and affection, for which I thank you infinitely, God bless.

Colombia has many beautiful landscapes and a spectacular climate, around 27 degrees, in its climate and its geography is much like Venezuela, mountains, beaches, diversity of climates, lots of rain and mainly a cordial people, affectionate and very cooperative with their Brothers the Venezuelans and with all who come to visit this beautiful land.

We also find some brothers in religion who gave us a special welcome, and where we gather each Sunday to thank God. Thank you Pastors for such help and affection.
