Jose Riera;
Educador y abogado residenciado en el municipio Araure estado Portuguesa Venezuela
Estudie Filosofía en el Instituto Universitario Santa Rosa de lima en Caracas. luego realice estudios de Educación en el instituto universitario de Caracas. trabaje (actualmente jubilado) en el Ministerio de Educación dependiente de la zona educativa del estado Portuguesa.como docente de aula y luego me desempeñe en la coordinación de defensoria educativa municipal para luego ocupar la coordinación regional donde me jubile felizmente.
Durante la gestion como Coordinador de defensoria educativa estudie derecho en la Universidad Fermin Toro.
Ademas de la parte de formación profesional y laboral es interesante señalar que soy santero tengo coronado Shango.
