heya guys. Im Niño Vincent 21, old right? I'm a 4th year engineering student I am boy btw xD. I am from a family of six, me is the oldest, i have two brother and our youngest is a girl. My talent is being talentless, i guess . For my likes, i love playing video games. That's all about me for now i guess. I've come to know about steemit because of my friend. I always see him post about it and how it helps him. So out of curiosity here i am trying it. I hope we can get along. By the way how do i upload my picture and cover picture? I updated a link but i can't view it on my profile. :D

No. Go to "services", both options. You vote for content, in exchange for your content to be voted, and follow people in exchange for you being followed (twice or more for each). The more you make this, the more you get followers, votes and exposure.

No, just post normally on steemit.
