Introduction day “Imagination vs reality”

Waaazaaaaaaaaaaaaaap steemians !

I’m Labinot from Kosovo this is my story on how I joined steemit.

After watching @jerrybanfield introducing steemit and learning more about this wonderful platform I decided to share this wonderful news with my friends and my plan on joining and sharing my ideas with the world. Suddenly enough, they didn’t believe that such platform exist and stated that I have been a victim of a fake…so here I am, proving to my friends that everything is possible and knowledge is POWER.

Writing an ‘’introduce yourself post’’ isn’t quite easy. For the past hour I found myself in the middle of a constant battle between my imagination vs current reality…so I guess whatever you read below is a mutual agreement between the above mentioned?

I finished my master degree on International Law and for the past 4 years I have been working at a European higher education institution. The main reason why I love working there is the ability to impact positively the younger generations and the opportunity to make my ideas come true by being involved in organizing various activities such as Leadership camps, summer schools, vocational trainings, joint projects with our partner international institutions ect.

HAMK University and European College of Kosovo Summer School on Marketing and Sales organised this month! One of my favorite projects that I love dealing with..

In addition to my professional career, since an early age I have been involved with voluntarism and I find pleasure and joy helping others. In my journey through years of community work with Rotary Club and Human Rights activities, I disappointed a lot of people that required my help and helped a lot of disappointed people. Countless humanitarian activities with Down Syndrome, Autism NGO's, Community, Blind School, Handikos and Orphanages were not enough to help the ones in need, but helped me understand how I can help change the world and community I live in.

" In cooperation with our fellow Rotarians from UK, we managed to donate 3 ambulance vehicles to three municipalities."

Every year we do more than +2000 gifts for New Years Eve. At least for one day, we try to make happy more than 2000 kids from disadvantage groups. Video from our coverage in TV News.

Another great project we continue is installing football goals at schools in differect rural villages. Keep young generations engaged in sports so they don't have enough time for fighting, drugs and bullying.
 

In addition to my professional career and serving the community, my natural curiosity and energy led me to some interesting hobbies such as motorcycling, skiing, paintball and parties.




I guess this is it for now.....however I do have a question for you, what is your favorite hobby and what hobby would you recommend me for this summer ?
