Yes, and you can also interact with the Steem blockchain with is, such claiming accounts tickets, creating accounts, generate master keys, change your master password, upvote posts, delegate/undelegate Steem Power to other account(s), buy and sell Steem with/for Steem Dollars (SBD), and so on. I think that SteemWorld is one of the best tools for the Steem blockchain. @steemchiller is putting a lot of effort into this tool, constantly developing SteemWorld, so there may be other functions on it in the future.
