Ingrediente de los tiempos de nuestros abuelos
Hoy un desayuno especial por mi cumpleaños, mi esposo salio al patio a recolectar como hacian nuestros abuelos algunas hojas de chayote 😋 para hacerme uno huevos revueltos con las deliciosas hojas.
Se recolectan las hojas más tiernas y se lavan bien con agua para eliminar cualquier insecto pequeñito que anduviese por ahi. 😅
Se pican para sofreirlas junto con algun ingrediente adicional que le quieras poner, en el caso de mi esposo le agrego un pedacito de jamón.
Son alimentos que se han dejado de consumir por la falta de conocimiento sobre sus beneficios alimentarios.
En próximos post les hablare sobre sus beneficios alimentarios que esta planta posee y no sabemos.

Si tengo una pregunta, no entiendo porque en algunos post me salen varios votos pero en la parte de $ no se muestra nada y en otros post con pocos votos si sale movimiento en el $
