Hello World! (Am I doing this right?)

Just wanted to say hi to anyone out there who might find this!

So I was just stumbling along the internet during a late night after work, with a little too much rum in my vodka, and found a marvelous little community called Steemit.  So, with a swimmy head and a stiff drink, I decided to take a dive and test the waters. Hopefully I can figure out how to harness the power of this platform without too much trouble!

I truly believe the best contribution on the internet is to share knowledge in a way that others can absorb it. So I'll be writing about a few topics that I know, sharing my artwork, and maybe dropping in some bits of a novel I'm working on. The plan is to see what you all like, and I'll focus on that.

So far my list of topics includes UX Design and psychology, music production, cryptocurrency and investing, painting, and illustration. 

I'll be back tomorrow with something a little more interesting than this introductory ramble. Peace.
