Hi, I am Serbian that writes in English

Hello :)
First and first, please don't mind if my English is weird or doesn't sound realy good, but that is because I am not from English spoken country and I learned this language (not so fluently) by myself (and just a little bit in school).
My Name is Jovan (Yo_Van). First syllable is pronounced as "Yo" that you can usually hear in rap songs, and second one is pronounced as "Van" from Vincent Van Gogh. But in English it is simply John :D
I am from Serbia (Not Siberia xD) which is in South-Eastern Europe (Ex Yugoslavia).
I don't like long posts so I wont make this one neither.
Reason why I am here is to represent my work that I'm doing in past few days, and hopefully will continue working on in future.
I am a poem writer. I ave written many poems in Serbian, but what I found interesting is writing in English!
Yup, it is hard enough to write a good poem in your mother tongue, but writing in foreign language sounds like mission impossible. But, in this little experiment of mine, I found out that if you can "feel" the words in "your" language, you will be able to feel them in some foreign too!
One thing is also really interesting, and that is that I am thinking in Serbian, and finding myself thinking in English is actually really interesting because I still think in Serbian "spirit" of language, but I am using English words!
I hope that, after this experiment, I will find out how to write some new style that is mixture of English language and Serbian way of thinking!
This is part where I will need you guys :D I need a lot of feedback on my poems, especially from those of you guys who live in English spoken area, so I can see if you like it and if you can understand the meaning (even if most of them are made to have different meaning for different persons).
Hope you will enjoy at least as half as I do :D
Also, I will try to translate some of my favorite Serbian poems in English, and also get some feedback ;)
