What's up? My name is Donny Letson and I have been a crytopmaniac for a total of 4 months! My love of individual freedom and mathematics is what draws me to the blockchain and cryptocurrency community, not to mention my inner child that used to love programming in BASIC in the 1980"s. I am very pumped about being a part of this great community. I just know it is going to bring freedom to individuals in big and small ways. Technology can empower the individual and that is what I want to be a part of.

I was born on December 13, 1969. A great year! I was four months premature so my conception had nothing to do with Woodstock! Sixteen minutes after I was born, my identical twin brother was born, but he beat me to Steemit by about a day! His name on here is @touchman. Check him out! I was born in an Army hospital at Ft. Ord, CA, while my dad was in the Army. He fought in Vietnam. My mom is from Florida and worked at SCI in Huntsville, AL, for over 30 years before she retired last year. I grew up in Moulton, AL, in the sticks, and graduated in the class of '88.

I joined the Army in 1990 and got my training to repair medical equipment (Biomedical Equipment Technician or Clinical Engineer). I have been repairing medical equipment ever since and I now run my own business repairing medical equipment for Doctors and Hospitals and Veterinarians. I love what I do and it takes me all over the southeast United States.

I am getting into crypto because I am interested in trading and creating and implementing smart contracts for everyday use and for businesses. Soon I am going to start my own crypto business. My favorite coins now are ETH, LTC, ETC, Dash, and Bitcoin. It drives my wife crazy right now because I am spending a lot of time on this and she still looks at it as a hobby of mine. I know it is much more.

I am looking very forward to experiencing this new technology with all my fellow cryptomaniacs. Maybe we can learn form each other and help the world become a freer place for the individual. CRYPT ON MY FELLOW STEEMERS!! FREEDOM!!
